What Your New Challenge Will Look LikeAs a member of the 4flow management team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers' logistics networks in order to ensure material availability.
Your primary tasks in this position will include:Guaranteeing the smooth execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations using our transportation management systemPerforming customer service tasks such as communication with customers, suppliers and forwarding companiesCoordinating and solving freight exceptions while ensuring requested lead timeOptimizing daily transports in terms of trade lane, lead time, supply chain security and costsInitiating process improvements to further develop customer solutionsWhy you belong at 4flowRelevant practical experience in the transportation industry and a high focus on customer serviceAbility to quickly prioritize during busy periods while still communicating proactively in a friendly and solution-oriented wayExperienced user of MS Office with strong communication skills in English and/or German, additional languages are a plusYou are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environmentWhat We OfferCome join us 4flow offers a clearly defined vision, excellent job security, and outstanding opportunities for your individual development.
