Location: Home-based in Brazil, preferably near CampinasWhy Join Us?At ISC, we are committed to protecting lives through innovative industrial safety solutions.As part of our Latin America team, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence in Brazil, driving growth, and shaping the future of workplace safety.This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, work with cutting-edge technology, and make a real impact on our customers' operations.What You'll DoLead and develop a team of Account Executives, Inside Sales Representatives, and other professionals in the territory.Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on enterprise accounts, new logos, and expansion within existing customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners (distributors and commercial representatives).Manage the channel partner program and ensure alignment with company objectives.Present clear value propositions for our hardware and software solutions, including SaaS offerings.Identify, recruit, and develop top field sales talent.Collaborate closely with the Sales Director – Latin America to implement strategic initiatives.What You BringRequired3+ years of successful outside sales experience in IoT and/or systems solutions in Brazil.Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.Experience selling both hardware and SaaS solutions.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.Deep understanding of industrial markets in Brazil.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and channel partners.Fluent in Spanish and English.Experience with industrial distribution networks.Willingness to travel overnight and maintain a valid driving record.PreferredExperience in solution-based selling and working with C-suite executives in safety, operations, and IT.Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and wireless communication protocols.Previous experience in gas detection sales.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quota-carrying sales role.What You'll GetCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Flexible home-office work arrangement.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Professional development opportunities and access to global resources.A collaborative, inclusive culture that values innovation and growth.#J-*****-Ljbffr
