· Create and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making for the Product and Marketing teams.
· Develop exploratory and predictive reports using SQL and BI tools.
· Create and maintain interactive dashboards for metric visualization and tracking.
· Participate in strategic meetings with the Marketing and Product teams and collaborate in building data-driven strategies.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:MUST HAVE:· Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
· Experience with BI tools, including Power BI.
· Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and modeling.
· Experience with Growth Marketing and Customer Analytics.
· Experience with Google Analytics for user behavior analysis and digital performance tracking.
· Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital performance tools.
· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);NICE TO HAVE:· Experience with data modeling and ETL optimization.
· Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and machine learning.
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
· Experience in data quality, security, and governance, ensuring alignment with best practices (LGPD, GDPR).
