About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Specialist to join our team.This role will involve managing end-to-end people operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and other employment changes.Key Responsibilities:Manage HR systems to ensure accurate employee records and reporting.Partner with hiring managers and global HR peers to deliver guidance and promote best practices.Handle confidential employee data with discretion and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and enhance communication throughout the employee lifecycle.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, ideally in a tech or fast-paced global organization.Strong working knowledge of HR processes and compliance frameworks globally.Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Workday, Greenhouse).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Benefits: As a People Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.What We Offer: We offer a competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
