Vantage is a global, multi-regulated, multi-asset broker based in Sydney, offering clients access to trading CFDs on Forex, Commodities, Indices, Shares, and Cryptocurrencies.With over 10 years of market experience, Vantage has a strong presence with more than 1,000 employees across 30 global offices.Vantage provides a trusted trading ecosystem and a user-friendly platform for clients to capitalize on trading opportunities.OPEN ONLY to individuals willing to relocate.This is a unique opportunity for Customer Service Rockstars interested in living and developing a career in Southeast Asia : Malaysia or Thailand .The company will provide all necessary visa assistance and relocation support.During the visa processing, work remotely from your base country.Responsibilities :Provide frontline support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email.Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.Address customer feedback and complaints professionally.Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.Supporting documentation / administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices.Requirements :Bachelor's degree, fresh graduates welcome to apply.Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, highly preferred in crypto or fintech, but any industry is welcome.Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts once relocated.Experience in international settings and teams.Fluency in English and Portuguese is MANDATORYExceptional communication skills with a superb client focus.Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.Knowledge or interest in trading is highly desirable, but not essential.We offer :Competitive compensation packageRemote work while relocation is processedLocal benefits according to the chosen relocation countryRelocation support, including visa sponsorship and additional expensesCareer development in a fast-paced industry#J-*****-Ljbffr
