Windows Infrastructure Professional - Detalhes da Vaga. ? The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Windows environments, troubleshooting system and network issues, and administering core Microsoft infrastructure services. ? Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user and group administration, OU structure, and permissions. ? Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows-based services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). ? Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues related to authentication and system performance. ? Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues within a Windows environment. ? Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as needed. ? Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures. ? Qualifications: Proven experience in Windows system administration. ? Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related services. ? Proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs. ? Solid troubleshooting skills for authentication and performance issues in Windows environments. ? Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and IP subnetting. ?
