Metrobi is a VC-backed startup and an alumni of Techstars Boston, one of the leading accelerators in the USA.We power deliveries for local food and beverage businesses in Boston, New York, DC, Chicago, LA, and other major metropolitan areas.Our technology is at the center of our delivery marketplace.Why should you join Metrobi?Play a key role in shaping performance marketing strategy.Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with plenty of room to test & learn.Opportunity to directly impact conversions and revenue.International team experience and a supportive work environment.A well-funded company that offers competitive compensation.An opportunity to learn every day in a fast-paced environment.A chance to become a part of a dynamic company on a fast track to change the logistics scene in the US.About the roleWe're looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who loves experimenting, optimizing, and scaling growth.If you enjoy working with WordPress and creating compelling content for emails and landing pages, this role is for you.Professional English Proficiency is a must.Hiring interviews will be conducted online.What you'll do:Build and iterate on landing pages (WordPress + Elementor), testing buttons, hero texts, CTAs, and layouts.Run A / B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously.Track, analyze, and report performance.Understand the audience and work on improving the copy from email marketing campaigns.What we're looking for:Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A / B testing.An analytical marketing mindset, while being quick to iterate on ideas.Creative problem solver who thrives on experimentation and iteration.Hands-on experience with WordPress & Elementor.Experience with creating content for emails and or landing pages.Nice to have : SEO basicsBasic HTML / CSSUnderstanding of UI / UX principles for better user journeys.Experience with Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads.Familiarity with Google Sheets.This is a remote position.Must be able to work between (9AM-6PM EST).#J-*****-Ljbffr
