Talent Acqusition Specialist At Tenneco, we don't follow industry standards; we set them, and we don't settle for being best-in-class because we hustle to be better than best-in-class.Whether it's our Core Values–radical candor, simplify, organizational velocity, tenacious execution and win–or our Get Stuff Done (GSD) mindset, we're determined to become the most trusted partner and best manufacturer and distributor to the transportation industry.With a product portfolio as expansive as it is innovative, an obsessive commitment to quality and excellence, and a global presence, we're all about getting stuff done, so we can win.How do we make it happen?Through the Tenneco Way.Fueled by our Core Values, a winning mindset and a relentless commitment to excellence, the Tenneco Way is how we win.It's what keeps Team Tenneco bold, driven, and unapologetically focused on pushing past limits and redefining success.Here, you'll work alongside a team of relentless problem-solvers who are committed to making a tangible impact.If you're ready to break boundaries, deliver results, and enjoy the ride along the way, you'll thrive here.In this role you'll be supporting our Driv business.Driv is one of the premier aftermarket suppliers globally.With some of the best-known brands in the industry, we serve everyone from major OEM's to the backyard mechanics and everything in between.Want to learn more about who we are?Check out our website to discover the Tenneco Way.Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as the dedicated recruitment partner for the Driv Business, leading full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for the region's most critical searches.This role combines hands-on sourcing and selection with strategic partnership to ensure Driv attracts, hires, and retains top talent aligned with business priorities and culture.As a member of the plant management team you are contributing to all KPIs of the plant and driving people engagement and accountability.• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all critical roles within the Driv Business region, from intake through onboarding• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.• Partner closely with Driv business leaders and HR to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and shape hiring profiles.• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.• Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to inform talent strategy and improve recruitment outcomes.• Champion a positive candidate experience and promote Tenneco's employer brand throughout all touchpoints.• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement.• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.Key requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors.• Demonstrated success managing critical and specialized searches.• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.• Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
