The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management principles and exceptional communication skills.
The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, strategy, and business stakeholders to create the project plan, monitor progress, and highlight blockers, to ensure successful delivery of innovative AI and GenAI solutions.
The Senior Project Manager should be independent, detail oriented, collaborative, and able to adapt to changing use case needs.Our goal is to create safe AI solutions that will revolutionize and improve healthcare experience and outcomes for our customers.

This associate will need to be delivery-focused.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Project Manager designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the projectMonitors progress and performance against the project planTakes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delaysDevelops project schedules, budgets and forecastsConducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the projectMakes decisions on moderately complex to complex issuesUse your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent3+ years of project management experienceExcellent organization and planning skills; demonstrated ability to implement projects and meet deadlinesThorough understanding of agile methodologies, values, practices and patternsAdvanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skillsAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsExperience in large, matrixed organizationsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Agile Tracking tools, such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or JiraExperience with project management tools such as MS Planner / ProjectPMP or equivalent certification2+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, data science, ML engineering, software engineering or related field2+ years of experience in healthcareAdditional InformationAs part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 - $143,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
