Expert Data Analyst NeededWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence expert to join our team.This professional will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data and presenting them in a clear and concise manner.The primary goal of this position is to take large volumes of raw information, analyze it, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and identifying data sources- Cleaning and processing data to meet requirements- Presenting findings and gathering feedback from stakeholders- Deploying reports and dashboards; developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications- Conducting technical training- Maintaining and documenting the operational environmentRequirements:- At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases- Advanced analytical skills, with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments- Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation- Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus)- Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus)- Advanced English language proficiency
