Your impact
Supervise the product development engineering SA for Application Equipment according to AGCO procedures.
Your experience and qualifications
Plan and manage the budget process (Opex, Labor & Capex) for the AED department in Canoas site.
Execute the project development plan according to business strategy, focusing on product functionality improvement, cost reduction, and reducing Time To Fix for the current product pipeline.
Lead and support the team in problem solving to ensure resolution of field and plant-related issues.
Perform project risk analysis to create a development validation plan aiming to release reliable and durable products according to engineering best practices and procedures.
Lead local and global meetings related to AED tasks, design reviews, and apply the global change design process in SA.
Apply SCRUM methodology to plan protoshop activities and control sprint execution according to project strategy.
Complete a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering; a postgraduate in Project Management is a plus.
Have consolidated knowledge and experience with agricultural machinery, manufacturing processes, and the product engineering lifecycle.
Intermediate to advanced English skills are mandatory (must have conversational skills).
