Your wellbeing, our mission.Join a company shaping a healthier world.GET TO KNOW USAt Wellhub we're revolutionizing workplace wellness.Our platform connects employees worldwide to the best partners for fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep—all in one simple subscription.Headquartered in NYC with team members in 11 countries, we're on a mission to make every company a wellness company.We believe work should be fulfilling, inspiring, and balanced.Here, you'll find a team that values wellbeing, collaboration, and different perspectives, where passion and creativity push boundaries to create real impact.Your contributions will help shape a healthier, more balanced world for you and millions of people globally.Join us in redefining the future of wellbeingTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Senior Product Manager in our CIA Focus Area (Growth), Subscription Boosters team in Brazil This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country.Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.The Growth Team is a cross-functional, data-driven squad dedicated to accelerating subscriber growth by optimizing the top-of-funnel (Acquisition and Activation) experience for our target audience: HR and People Operations professionals.The ultimate goal of the Subscription Boosters squad is to increase client revenue and subscription growth by ensuring HR personas quickly find and adopt the communication tools we offer to engage their employees.We operate at the nexus of the Client (HR persona) and the User experience, collaborating on the day-to-day with Engineering, Product design, UX writing, Product Marketing, and Data Science, applying a disciplined, experimental approach (mostly through A/B testing) to unlock scalable growth.The ideal person is someone passionate about subscriber growth, possesses strong analytical skills, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to rapidly test and learn to optimize our acquisition strategies.YOUR IMPACTContinuously test your hypotheses through A/B testing and push forward a data-driven decision processBe the owner of your product journeyBuild a strong relationship with stakeholdersBe close to clients/users and have a deep knowledge of our main personasGuarantee requirements are met when delivering the product, through very close collaboration with the design and engineering teamManage roadmap implementation across multiple departments and areasCreate consensus and get buy-in from more senior stakeholders by presenting findings and recommendations to leadership, effectively communicating the impact of acquisition strategies on key business metricsDevelop product strategies and go-to-market plansLive the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.WHO YOU AREExperience in product management, with relevant deliveries under the belt, ideally in a B2C or B2B2C digital product environmentExperience with A/B testing best practices and toolingGreat product analytical skills (Identify a funnel, understand large datasets, create a storytelling powered by data, generate actionable insights)Being comfortable with a fast-paced and cross-functional environmentBeing comfortable with changing priorities and a dynamic atmosphereProven ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, and business teamsHigh effectiveness in managing cross-functional teamsGood writing skills, as well as good storytelling during presentationsGood time management and planning skillsAble to write and communicate in English fluentlyDesired:Experience with SQL or other data querying languagesPrevious experience with communication tools / channels / products (email marketing, SMS, Push notifications);
