Business Intelligence Analyst RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and be able to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying relevant data sources.Cleanse and transform data into required formats, creating informative Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.Present and gather feedback on finished products.Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications.Conduct technical training sessions.Maintain and document operational environments.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of SQL Server SPs and queries.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing complex data.Proficiency in Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, as well as at least 1 year of previous work experience using Tableau.A thorough understanding of relational data modeling concepts.Strong analytical skills, with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments.Excellent organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies.Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server.Advanced English language proficiency.Benefits:Flexibility: Choose where and how you work for enhanced creativity and innovation.Tailored Compensation: Personalize your earnings to suit financial goals.State-of-the-Art Tools: Access cutting-edge resources for seamless collaboration and productivity.Autonomous Workflow: Take control of schedule to achieve work-life balance.Well-being: Enjoy generous leave policies for rest and rejuvenation.Diversity & Inclusion: Thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.Collaboration: Engage with industry leaders for collective growth.Development: Access mentorship and growth opportunities for continuous advancement.
