Delivering exceptional technical support to drive enterprise success is a key responsibility of this role.As a Software Support Professional, you will be the go-to expert for resolving complex issues and ensuring seamless system operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end technical support for Specright PDMS and Interius platforms, troubleshooting incidents and managing data integrity.Maintain and enhance integrations between Salesforce-based systems and Azure-hosted infrastructure; collaborate with middleware teams to configure API connections.Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Salesforce Data Loader scripts for bulk data imports and updates.Support user administration and configure role-based access controls.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze issues and optimize workflows.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in SaaS application support (Salesforce preferred).Hands-on expertise with APIs, authentication, and data integration.Experience with Salesforce Data Loader or similar ETL tools.Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments and integration workflows.
