IT Support Specialist RoleWe are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team.Job Description:Deliver hands-on technical support for local infrastructure, end-users, and critical systems.Provide on-site support for resolving technical incidents related to infrastructure, systems, and end-user devices.Perform monitoring and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability.Deliver desktop and user support for local staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Engineering roles.Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking fundamentals, hardware, and peripherals.Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems and incident management processes.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong documentation and reporting abilities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct preventive maintenance activities such as security checks, system health checks, and patch updates.Coordinate critical service requests with remote teams and external vendors as needed.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
