You will be responsible for coordinating and performing QA/QC activities, including inspections, tests, and closeout requirements, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.At ALEC, we're about more than just building world-class facilities—we're about building exceptional careers. Join us and lead delivery efforts that shape the region's digital future.Your RoleReview and understand all project contract documents and specifications.Conduct daily site inspections to identify and report defects and ensure subcontractor compliance with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).Prepare and manage inspection schedules aligned with the project timeline.Perform work and material inspections, ensuring rejected materials are quarantined and removed.Collaborate with execution teams to implement corrective actions and conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances.Monitor Fire & Life Safety installations and ensure compliance with authority regulations.Track project deliverables, inspection approvals, and quality KPIs using analytical tools.Support snagging, project closeout, and defect liability period (DLP) activities.Maintain daily site diaries and QA/QC documentation.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC Engineer in construction environments.Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality control standards.Experience with project closeout procedures and defect management.Familiarity with MEP works is advantageous.Analytical skills and experience with data management and basic data analytics.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Positive attitude, passion, and commitment to quality work.What We Offer· The chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.· A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.· Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to plan the path to project success?If you're inspired by what you've read and believe you're the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.Join ALEC and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team that drives our success.Apply today and be part of something excellentKindly upload your CV in English.
