We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform.The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITOM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related areas.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement complex solutions for CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.Configure and customize applications and modules.Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Provide solutions that utilize ServiceNow features without customizations.Perform upgrade testing and validation of configurations, customizations, and integrations.Develop Automated Test Framework test suites for core functionalities.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.Document development and configuration.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM.Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and scripting.Experience with automation, DevOps, CI/CD, code versioning tools like Git, and Agile principles.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA).Benefits Include:A competitive compensation package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.The chance to work with a talented team.
