Junior Sales Backoffice AnalystMain responsibilities:Prepare and update quotes, commercial proposals, and orders in the system;Record, update, and monitor information in the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and quality;Control and track orders, contracts, licenses, and quotations;Ensure data accuracy and standardization of documents and processes;Provide operational support to Account Managers and external partners, ensuring efficiency throughout the end-to-end flow (prospect ? order ? invoicing);Support the monitoring and analysis of sales performance metrics;Identify opportunities to optimize commercial processes.Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication, Marketing, or related fields;Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus);Advanced expertise in Office (Excel, Word, Google tools);Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;Analytical mindset and interest in processes and data;Advanced English (for interaction with global teams and partners).Benefits:Hiring Model: "CLT"Health Plan (No co-participation);Meal vouchers (R$ *****,00/month);Home office allowance (R$******/month);Wellhub;Birthday Day Off;English classes;Access to ALURA (technical and personal/professional development courses)Equipment needed to carry out the activities.Hybrid work model (on-site twice a week - Pinheiros/SP)
