Benfen | User - Oriented | In Pursuit of Excellence | Result – Oriented Position brief *Work from office position We are seeking a Compensation, Payroll & Benefits Specialist to oversee and support realme's operations across Americas and Europe . This role will be key in ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, aligning with global HQ guidelines, and delivering an exceptional employee experience through accurate payroll, competitive compensation, and attractive benefits. Your responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll operations in Americas and European countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local legislation. Design, implement, and maintain compensation structures and policies , aligned with global HR strategy and local market practices. Lead the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs (health insurance, life insurance, meal/transportation vouchers, etc.) with a focus on competitiveness and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions. Act as the main point of contact for external providers (payroll vendors, insurance companies, benefit administrators). Partner with HRBPs and Finance to provide analytics and reporting on compensation and benefits data to support business decisions. Support global mobility processes , including expatriate payroll and benefits coordination where applicable. Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in Americas and Europe to anticipate and advise on needed adjustments. Requirement for the position Subbmit your CV in English please Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in compensation, payroll, and benefits management , preferably covering multiple countries like Mexico, Uruuguai, Brazil, Spain, Italy, Germany. Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax, and compliance . Hands-on experience with payroll systems and vendor management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus. Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil (stage 0?1), especially in contexts of rapid expansion is a plus Do you have the necessary qualifications and want to make it real?
