ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an Assistant to join our Equity Operations team.In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for the administration of our global equity programs.This is an excellent opportunity to learn about equity compensation in a dynamic environment while building strong operational, analytical, and communication skills.WHAT YOU WILL DOSupport daily equity operations processes, including RSU releases, stock option exercises, employee terminations, and monthly reconciliations.Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across equity platforms (e.g., E*Trade, Carta), HRIS (e.g., HiBob), and internal dashboards.Analyze and reconcile data to identify inconsistencies, supporting the team in maintaining high-quality information and reporting.Assist employees and internal stakeholders (Payroll, Finance, Legal) by responding to basic equity-related questions.Partner with external vendors (brokers, equity administrators) to support routine tasks and issue resolution.Help prepare and update operational documentation such as FAQs, SOPs, and checklists.Provide administrative support for quarterly equity grant cycles, including tracking timelines and deliverables.Assist with the preparation of reports and materials for audits and compliance reviews.Contribute to team projects related to equity reporting, data analysis, process improvements, and automation.WHO YOU ARESomeone with a Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in learning about equity compensation (stock options, RSUs, etc.).Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and generate insights.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, IF statements, complex formulas, data cleaning and analysis).Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a strong plus.High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes with discipline.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.Previous experience with HR/payroll systems or equity platforms (E*Trade, Carta, HiBob) is a nice to have, but not required.#LI-Remote About VTEXVTEX (NYSE: VTEX) is the enterprise digital commerce platform where global brands and retailers run their world of commerce.VTEX is trusted by more than 2,400 customers, such as AbInbev, Carrefour, Colgate, Motorola and Whirlpool, with over 3,200 active online stores across 38 countries*.Founded in the year ****, VTEX has a history of being unstoppable.Completely against the odds, VTEX is leading a high-tech industry and positioned above market giants.We are building an extraordinary future with more than 1,400 employees scattered across 18 locations in 12 countries in Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia.At VTEX, you will work in a challenge-driven environment and collaborate with amazing peers.If you are powerful individually, join us, and we will be unstoppable together.BenefitsAnnual profit-sharing program and equity eligibilityHealth, dental, and life insurance with national coverage provided by VTEXAnnual budget for professional development in TechLanguage development incentive program (English, Spanish, Portuguese)Flexible meal allowanceExtended parental leavesChild-care assistanceFlexible work schedule and remote-first cultureFinancial assistance to build your work-from-home setupWellness programFree shipping on ****+ VTEX stores
