Technical Project Manager (Based In Latam)Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets.We provide lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.We are seeking an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code, and is excited to contribute to our cloud-first infrastructure and networks.This role reports to the Director of IT.About Ledn and our culture: we are a global team that values integrity, ownership, passion for progress, and empathy.We enable remote collaboration, encourage innovation, and aim to democratize access to the global economy through digital assets.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer-facing, first-line IT support to employees via tools such as Slack and Jira; manage end-user experiences on macOS in a enterprise environment.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding for new employees and offboarding for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document IT programs, policies, and tooling; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, Netsuite, and related services.Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM) including Jamf solutions.Own improvements to identity and access management, including IDP and SSO tooling (e.g., G Suite, Okta).Detail solutions in documentation, craft help articles, and automate repetitive tasks.Respond to, manage, and resolve critical incidents and issues to completion; prioritize help desk tickets and coordinate with teams as needed.Work on projects across sprints with agile methods (Jira); set and align objectives and key results with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.Experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows.Experience working with APIs and integrating systems; remote support across multiple countries/time zones; hardware shipping and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong writing skills for tickets, emails, and Slack; comfortable documenting processes and solutions.Security-minded approach; knowledge of PGP, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching), and OSI model troubleshooting.Self-management, ability to scope projects, and collaborate across multiple teams.Strong organizational and task-management skills; comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making in high-growth environments.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces for efficient work.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Culture FitLooking for a leader who thrives in startup/tech environments and embodies Ledn values: integrity, progress, empathy, and ownership.Experience working in a remote environment.What We ProvideComprehensive total rewards package starting on day one, with competitive PTO and equity ownership in the company.Remote-work flexibility: opportunity to work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).A purpose-driven career and a work environment that removes barriers so you can excel.Ledn is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusivity and diversity.You may reach out to the Ledn team for accommodation requests at any stage of the recruitment process.All requests are treated confidentially.As part of our selection process, shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response and we may review publicly available social media activity relevant to the role.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes, and we are not responsible for fees related to unsolicited resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
