Job DescriptionFounded in ****, Pismo is a technology company providing a comprehensive processing platform for banking, card issuing and financial market infrastructure.Pismo joined Visa in ****.Leveraging Visa's solutions, our cloud-based platform empowers firms to build and launch financial products rapidly, scaling as they grow while maintaining high security and availability standards.Pismo has 500+ employees in more than 10 countries.SummaryThe Accounts team manages personal and business data such as general information, addresses, emails, identification documents, and phone numbers.The team focuses on enhancing the customer experience on the platform by creating new accounts and migrating existing ones, ensuring information is current and account-management processes are efficient, providing an optimized user experience.What you'll doHire and develop technical personnel by conducting periodic 1:1 sessions and providing regular feedback.Understand the deep-level overview of the team's products and goals.Delegate work and assignments to team members.Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems.Analyze users' needs and find applications to serve them.Create end goals for the team.Ensure software and applications are updated.Supervise system modifications.Conduct risk analysis to identify areas of improvement.Guide the team through technical issues and challenges.Monitor the team's service operations.Guarantee that the team follows high-standards development processes, including PR reviews, code quality, test coverage, robustness, resilience, performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.LocationThis is a remote position.A remote position does not require job duties to be performed within proximity of a Visa office location.Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.QualificationsBased in Brazil.Experience leading a team and building processes.Advanced English proficiency.Hands-on experience with Java or Golang as well as relational databases.Previous experience with software architecture, microservices, AWS, CI/CD.Experience working with large-scale/high-throughput and mission-critical services.Understand SRE/DevOps, quality, and security concepts.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the financial industry.Experience with BigData tools such as Spark, Databricks or AWS EMR.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
