About the Role We're seeking a Media Buyer with deep experience scaling Meta to take ownership of paid social performance and creative strategy across a portfolio of brands.
You'll lead media buying and creative testing across the board, while also advising on and contributing to other paid media efforts, including platforms like Google, TikTok, DSPs, and AppLovin.
This is a highly visible role where you'll drive full funnel growth, take charge of social creative strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring insights into broader acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities Lead media buying strategy across multiple social verticals for multiple brands and initiatives Manage campaign architecture, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to drive growth and efficiency Scale budgets across prospecting and retargeting while maintaining strong performance metrics Build and execute a clear creative testing roadmap across hooks, formats, offers, and funnels Spearhead short-form video ideation and production Bring Meta learnings to inform campaigns running on Google, TikTok, YouTube, DSPs, and AppLovin Participate in channel mix conversations and funnel mapping across the broader growth ecosystem Stay open to expanding your media buying scope and learning new platforms as needed Partner with other media buyers on all platforms to align messaging, creative, and audience insights Own reporting on Meta performance, testing frameworks, and growth levers.
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and data analysts to enhance funnel performance Stay ahead of industry trends, publisher policies, and algorithm updates to keep campaigns compliant and competitive Who You Are 4+ years of hands-on media buying experience, with strong Meta platform expertise Strong experience on Meta and experience buying across TikTok, Google, YouTube, and/or AppLovin Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and other performance analytics tools Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with large datasets Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment with aggressive performance goals Experience using automated bidding tools or custom scripts for campaign optimization Familiarity with affiliate networks or performance marketing tracking platforms (e.g., Clickflare, Optimizer, etc)
