As a seasoned backend operations specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our digital marketing agency's expansion across various platforms.About the PositionYou will be responsible for managing backend work on Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify, ensuring seamless integrations with HubSpot, Teamwork, Google Workspace, and other critical tools.Key tasks include handling CMS updates, plugins, and troubleshooting, as well as configuring workflows and light automation using Zapier/Make.Additionally, you will oversee the launching of websites on Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify, including domain setup, DNS/SSL configuration, CMS updates, and go-live quality assurance.As a member of our talented team, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional results.If you are a motivated problem-solver who is always ahead of the curve and never caught off guard, we would like to hear from you.Requirements and SkillsA minimum of two years of professional experience in backend web development.Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, and Shopify.Strong PHP skills and an impressive portfolio.Working level of English sufficient to communicate ideas clearly, both in writing and speaking.A bachelor's degree is highly valued.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.Expertise in responsive design and mobile-first approach.Ability to optimize applications for maximum speed.Knowledge of HTML layout for constructing email signatures and newsletters.
