Staff Accountant PositionThe position of Staff Accountant is a key role within our accounting department.As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for processing and implementing day-to-day transactional accounting to produce complete and accurate financial statements.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently.Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform soft reconciliations weekly and hard reconciliations monthly, ensuring accuracy in coding and matching transactions.Month-End Workbooks: Prepare and reconcile schedules for various accounts such as AR, AP, payroll accruals, loans, and fixed assets.Financial Reporting: Map accounts, sync data, and generate financial reports using templates.NetSuite: Utilize NetSuite for bank feeds, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable processing, generating reports, and posting journal entries.Requirements:At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.Education: An Accounting or Finance degree is preferred.Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in NetSuite (or similar ERP) and Excel.A strong background in process enhancement, implementation, and system optimization.Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English, both written and spoken, with attention to detail and analytical skills.
