We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead growth in Brazil and expand our presence across South America.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
Identify and secure new customers, exploring opportunities for new product projects.
Collaborate with R&D teams to support new product development and address technical/commercial issues.
Prepare technical documents for bidding and tendering.
Monitor competitors and ensure marketing strategies remain competitive.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience and network in power AMI, distribution products, water/gas meters, or communication modules.
Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Willing to travel frequently for business within Brazil and overseas.
