About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead our design initiatives and create user-centered solutions.This is a contract role based in Brazil, and we offer a collaborative environment where you can grow your skills and make a meaningful impact.Job Description:Design and implement intuitive user experiences across multiple platforms, from research and discovery to prototyping and final delivery.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.Develop high-fidelity UI designs, maintain design systems, and ensure cross-platform consistency.Promote UX best practices, accessibility standards, and inclusive design principles within the team.Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility, usability, and design consistency.Requirements:7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing research-driven design decisions.Proven ability to independently lead design initiatives from concept to execution.Expertise in user research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability studies, and A/B testing.Strong proficiency with modern design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Miro.Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.Solid knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.Ability to simplify complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence non-design stakeholders.Working knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.Benefits:Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.A collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and growth.The chance to work on diverse projects and contribute to the success of our clients.
