We specialize in delivering top-tier services across the recruitment lifecycle and offer innovative solutions that drive results.JOB SUMMARY:We're seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing and social media efforts. This mid-level role is perfect for someone who's hands-on, data-savvy, and passionate about storytelling through digital content.You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that increase customer engagement, boost brand awareness, and drive conversions across multiple channels.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:??Email MarketingPlan and execute targeted campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and lifecycle flowsManage segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and performance optimizationMaintain the email marketing calendar in collaboration with content and product teamsTrack and analyze metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, list growth) to refine strategies??Social Media ManagementPlan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platformsGrow and engage our community with relevant, timely, and creative contentPartner with the creative team to produce high-quality assets (images, videos, copy)Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community feedbackTrack key metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, traffic, conversions)??
