Architectural Leadership PositionJob Summary:As a seasoned Architect, you will oversee the strategic direction and execution of brand experiences, pop-up stores, permanent retail spaces, and large-scale installations.Responsibilities:Drive multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Develop and maintain design standards, promoting innovation and functionality in all architectural endeavors.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.Communicate complex design ideas effectively to stakeholders, including creative directors, producers, and contractors.Provide real-time feedback and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for domestic and international markets.Research and specify materials and finishes that meet project requirements.Oversee construction processes to ensure design intent is maintained throughout on-site execution.Requirements:Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture.8+ years of professional experience in architecture, with a proven track record of leadership in design-driven projects.Experience working in retail, set design, exhibitions, or experiential installations.Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and fabrication processes.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Portfolio demonstrating design excellence and ability to work on projects at different scales.Ability to manage fast-paced projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.Proficient in Rhinoceros and Adobe Creative Suite.What We Offer:We provide a dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation thrive.Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional brand experiences that build meaningful connections between brands and their audiences.About Us:We are a brand experience studio built to lead the next era of human connection.We fuse creative development, in-house production, and immersive storytelling to create authentic moments – moments that prove to build powerful relationships between brands and their audiences.
