Native / Bilingual English is required for this role (read / written / spoken).Please upload your CV Resume in English.Monthly salary : $3,000 - $4,000 USD.Along with our partner, we are seeking a Quality Engineer to join their high-performing engineering organization as they continue to innovate and scale their global product suite.As a leader in tech scouting and innovation management software, our partner empowers the world's top companies and research institutions to accelerate discovery, collaboration, and operational excellence.As an AI-First Quality Engineer, you will go beyond writing and executing test cases.You will harness the power of AI to predict defects, optimize test coverage, and accelerate delivery.You will play a pivotal role in shaping how intelligent quality practices are embedded into every stage of their software development lifecycle.What You'll DoUse AI-driven tools to generate, maintain, and optimize test cases, test data, and test automation against application(s) running on the Salesforce Platform.Strategically prioritize and drive forward the QA practice with a high degree of autonomy.Identify and propose strategies for technical and testing problems affecting the team, communicate standards clearly, and secure buy-in on solutions.Champion the use of AI to automate repetitive and time-consuming QA tasks, freeing the team to focus on high-impact testing, exploratory scenarios, and strategic quality improvements.Manage and mitigate technical and testing risk across projects, ensuring the right testing scope and sequencing to achieve team objectives and enable faster, safer releases.Leverage predictive analytics to identify defect-prone areas and prioritize risk-based testing.Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to integrate AI-powered quality checks into CI/CD pipelines and unblock AI-powered workflows.Validate AI/ML-based functionality for accuracy and reliability as part of the release process.What We're Looking For3+ years of proven experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or SDET roles.Experience across the breadth of application testing types: end-to-end testing, load and volume performance testing, API testing, etc.Proven experience with testing against the Salesforce Platform.Understanding of platform and change management concepts: sandboxes, templates, packages, and changesets.Experience with Salesforce Second-Generation Managed Packages is strongly desired.Knowledge of platform limits and constraints to inform data volume testing.Experience administering Salesforce and/or strong Salesforce configuration skills.Strong programming skills, with familiarity across several languages (C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, etc.).Understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience using AI-enabled development and testing tools.Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright preferred) and their intersection with AI tools (such as Playwright MCP Server).Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native environments.Self-driven work style, with initiative to explore, learn, and apply novel concepts and techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a mindset for experimentation and continuous improvement.Experience in analyzing data sets for defect prediction, anomaly detection, or performing root-cause analysis.Work Schedule: You MUST be able to work during core U.S. Time Zone working hours.BenefitsA fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.The opportunity to join a growing company at the forefront of Salesforce-driven enterprise solutions.Two weeks of paid vacation per year.10 paid days for local holidays.Please note our partner is only looking for full-time dedicated team members who are eager to fully integrate within their team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
