Shape the future of work by driving financial operations at a global enterprise.This role is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, tech-driven environment where you'll have the chance to solve real-world problems and make a meaningful impact.You will be embedded in the team as a business partner, supporting regional financial initiatives and driving standardization of operational processes using applied on-the-job standard work.Your key responsibilities will include:Developing and harmonizing operational processes/workflowsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives on finance topicsActively tracking and managing operational KPIsWorking closely with the project management officeYou will perform financial analysis (budget deviations and identify root causes) for project managers, support HQ reporting, and ensure accurate financial data entry and maintenance in ERP systems.In addition, you will support invoicing and cash collection of projects and contracts, and deliver monthly close of assigned business units by country, communicating any exceptions.
