monitor crew performance during the shift, take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standardsMaintain safety and security during the shift; ensure cash controls are in place during the shift (safe contents, skims, deposits, cash +/-)Oversee profitability of the shift; manage labor and food costResponsible for meeting targets during their shift; identify danger zones and effectively give directionHandle and oversee crew schedules; coordinate breaks for the team; enforce labor laws and company policies;
