We are looking for a talented Program Manager for Amazon.
Amazon strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company, where people can find and discover virtually anything they want to buy online.
Over 2 million selling partners in 10 countries list their products for sale on Amazon.
Selling partners are a critical part of Amazon's ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering Earth's largest selection and lowest prices.
Key job responsibilities
- Understand business drivers for selling partners to launch on Amazon programs and effectively perform on a self-service basis
- Develop effective ways to communicate value proposition to selling partners, collaborating e.g.
with Marketing teams
- Drive campaigns/projects to achieve key business goals related to a program
- Support program teams to scale adoption, by identifying constraints for selling partners to join on a self-service basis and help solve them
- Implement and monitor metrics.
Use these metrics to guide work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity
- Extract business insights based on quantitative and qualitative analyses and surveys
- Support regular business reviews with stakeholders, and help influence them to achieve business results
- Monitor selling partners feedback to understand pain points and leverage insights to support improving experience
- Balance Think Big and Bias for Action to plan for the future beyond current deliverables
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally, across multiple international teams
- Experience with e-commerce and marketplaces
- Experience with implementing new projects
- Very well versed in Excel and knowledge of SQL
