OverviewJob Title: Staff Front End EngineerLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full TimeReports To: Head of EngineeringJoin SCALIS as a Staff Front End Engineer and be at the forefront of our innovative projectsIn this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge applications.Your expertise in next.js, tailwind CSS, and React will directly impact our product's success, driving engagement and satisfaction among our users.Success in this position means delivering high-quality, scalable front-end solutions that not only meet but exceed our users' expectations.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features, ensuring our applications are not just functional but also visually stunning.We believe in nurturing talent and providing pathways for advancement within the organization.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using next.js, tailwind CSS, GraphQL and React.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into projects.Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.Required QualificationsProven experience with GraphQL, next.js, tailwind CSS, and React.Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Working ConditionsFast-paced work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.Collaborative team culture that values open communication and feedback.Flexible work hours to promote work-life balance.Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.#J-*****-Ljbffr
