Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET) - GovTech / HR Software (Brazil)Join to apply for the Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET) - GovTech / HR Software (Brazil) role at Truelogic Software.At Truelogic we are a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services headquartered in New York.For over two decades, we have delivered top-tier technology solutions to companies of all sizes, from innovative startups to industry leaders, helping them achieve their digital transformation goals.Job SummaryWe're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Backend-Focused) to play a key role in a major modernization project — migrating a legacy .NET MVC application to a modern, cloud-native architecture on .NET 8.0.While your primary focus will be backend development, you'll also contribute to the Angular-based front-end, ensuring seamless integration across the stack.ResponsibilitiesLead the migration of a legacy .NET MVC application to .NET 8.0, focusing on backend services and API development.Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient microservices deployed on AWS.Develop and optimize MS SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures.Collaborate closely with front-end teams to build, maintain, and optimize Angular components.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring quality through comprehensive self-testing (unit, integration, etc.).Use AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, ChatGPT) to improve development speed and quality.Apply strong understanding of data structures, multi-threading, and N-Tier architecture to solve performance and scalability challenges.Troubleshoot complex issues across development, testing, and production environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Use GIT for version control and contribute to modern CI/CD pipelines.Qualifications5+ years of experience in SaaS or Enterprise Application Development.Proven hands-on experience with .NET Core and interest or experience with .NET 8.0.Strong background building and deploying microservices in cloud environments (preferably AWS).Advanced MS SQL Server skills — database design, development, and performance tuning.Hands-on experience with Angular, including integration with backend APIs.Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, ChatGPT, etc.) in a software development context to enhance productivity and code quality.Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, self-tested code.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.What we offer100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.Highly Competitive USD Pay: Earn an excellent, market-leading compensation in USD.Paid Time Off: We value your well-being and offer generous paid time off.Work with Autonomy: Focus on results, not the clock.Work with Top American Companies: Grow your expertise on innovative, high-impact projects with leading U.S. companies.Why You'll Like Working HereA Culture That Values You: Prioritizing well-being and work-life balance with engagement activities.Diverse, Global Network: Connect with over 600 professionals in 25+ countries.Team Up with Skilled Professionals: Work with senior talent and seasoned experts.Apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
