OverviewOperations Manager role at RJ Schinner Co., Inc.Location: Bethlehem, PA ***** Courtney Street, Unit #3, Bethlehem, PA *****).ScheduleMonday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm, or until completionOperations Manager BenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision insurance, Employer paid life and short-term disability insuranceTwo weeks' paid time off in your first year, paid holidays and paid leave programInternal advancement opportunityUp-to-date technology and operations equipmentNew-hire and ongoing training opportunitiesRegular Employee Appreciation eventsEmployee pricing program on RJ Schinner sold products1/2 off RJ Schinner ApparelOperations Manager DutiesAssist/support supervisors to ensure policies and procedures are followedOversee evaluation of warehouse employees with supervisorsEstablish rapport with customers, vendors, and delivery driversOversee accuracy of in-bound shipments; report discrepanciesOversee other shipping records such as returns, damage, discrepancies, etc.Oversee inventory levels with system cycle counts against physical countsProvide training on processes and proceduresCommunicate business plans and departmental goals and objectivesPromote and enforce workplace safety procedures for the distribution centerOperations Manager QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years warehouse management experienceMinimum 3 years of inventory control and SKU management experienceHigh degree of attention to detailEffective ability to interface with all levels within the organizationModerate level of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookProficiently operate a variety of powered industrial trucksAbility to perform light to heavy physical tasks; able to safely lift 50 lbs.Preferred QualificationsEclipse Warehouse Management System backgroundAbout RJ SchinnerR.J.
