We are looking for an Accounting Assistant.
**Your main tasks will be**:
- Reconcile bank balances with accounting records on a regular basis
- Download bank statements and provide them to the accounting outsource team
- Collect and export supplier invoices for the accounting outsource
- Gather supporting documents for corporate card payments
- Prepare working files and documentation packages for submission to the outsource team
- Create payment requests (e.g. for audit, outsourcing services, taxes, ICO-related expenses)
- Coordinate and track accounting contract approvals
- Export processing-related documents for the accounting outsource
- Monitor and manage incoming accounting-related tickets via Freshdesk
- Provide requested documents to auditors and prepare formal letters for banks
- Fill in payment details for business travel reimbursement requests
- Executing tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant
**We expect from you**:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes (e.g., bank reconciliation, invoicing)
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, formatting)
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Understanding of payment workflows and supporting documentation
- English (Intermediate+) for internal communication and working with auditors/outsourcers
- Native/Fluent Russian is a must
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of reliability and time management
- Proactive communication and coordination skills

**The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations.
In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks.
This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
