We are looking for Data Management Junior who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: Advanced English Data management and governance Supporting day-to-day CRM user operations, Data Quality activities And much better if you stand out for: Generating reports Data Quality Continuous monitoring and evaluation of CRM initiatives Key Responsibilities: Supporting day-to-day CRM user operations, providing training to team members and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of the CRM.
Generating reports for internal and external analyses.
Providing assistance for Data Quality activities – validations, data inputs and outputs, corrections, etc.
Assisting in continuous monitoring and evaluation of CRM initiatives' effectiveness, aiding in testing and adjustments as necessary.
Supporting customer base segmentation to enable personalized CRM campaigns for different customer groups with an omnichannel view.
