ACADEMIC BACKGROUND Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques.Intermediate English level Contract Duration: 3.5 months Contract Type: Independent contractor (CNPJ) Compensation Scheme: Monthly professional service fees (CNPJ) DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCE Basic Qualifications 2–3 years of project management experience.Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies.Relevant teamwork and client or internal stakeholder management experience.Logical, structured thinking.Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Effective communication skills in English and portuguese.Ability to travel to client sites semi-regularly.Preferred Qualifications Completed or interested in pursuing professional accreditation (e.g., PMP).Knowledge of project management tools.Exposure to payments, retail banking, or merchants.Problem-solving skills: identifying problems, brainstorming, analyzing solutions, and implementing the best options.POSITION DESCRIPTION The Consultant – Program Management / Junior Project Manager is responsible for supporting clients in acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience.The role blends traditional management consulting with data insights and technology to deliver strategic recommendations across industries, including banking, payments, retail, and restaurants.You will lead individual projects with minimal supervision, track metrics, conduct complex analyses, prepare communications for client and internal leadership, and assist clients with implementation tasks.KEY RESPONSABILITIES Client Impact Provide input on multiple small and large high-value projects across diverse industries.Apply accredited change management skills and domain experience to help clients achieve measurable value.Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs, challenges, risks, and priorities.Build trusted relationships with client analysts and managers.Identify resources, assign responsibilities, track effort, and report on expenses vs. earned value.Team Collaboration & Culture Collaborate with senior project delivery consultants on key projects.Independently coordinate complex activities, proactively manage risks and timelines.Lead internal and client meetings effectively with strong communication skills.Receive mentorship from consulting leaders to support professional growth.
