Estamos contratandoA Customer Intelligence Inc.é uma empresa de consultoria profissional e serviços de marketing que fornece soluções inovadoras para apoiar clientes globais.Atualmente, estamos apoiando a Mastercard Advisors em um projeto estratégico no Brasil.Estamos em busca de um(a) Management Consultant – Program Management (ou Senior Project Manager) para integrar nosso time.Localização: São Paulo (modelo híbrido) Duração do contrato: 3,5 meses Tipo de contrato: PJ (CNPJ) Idiomas: Inglês intermediário Responsabilidades principais: Liderar engajamentos e programas estratégicos com clientes de grande porte.Gerenciar riscos, prazos e qualidade, garantindo impacto real para o negócio.Coordenar times multidisciplinares e fomentar um ambiente colaborativo.Desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos com executivos e stakeholders.Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios e apoiar iniciativas de crescimento.Requisitos: Formação superior e experiência sólida em Project Management e Change Management.+6 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos complexos.Vivência em instituições financeiras, meios de pagamento e/ou consultorias.Forte capacidade analítica, estruturada e com foco em resultados.Domínio de ferramentas como Word, Excel e PowerPoint.Diferenciais desejáveis: Certificação PMP ou interesse em obtê-la.MBA ou pós-graduação em área relacionada.Conhecimento em varejo bancário, meios de pagamento ou merchants.Se você tem paixão por transformação de negócios e quer atuar em projetos estratégicos que impactam diretamente o mercado de pagamentos, essa é a sua chance
