Sobre a Mouts Entregamos soluções personalizadas que impulsionam a transformação digital dos nossos clientes de forma ágil, eficaz e inovadora.Acreditamos que a tecnologia é um agente de mudança capaz de simplificar a vida das pessoas e gerar valor real para os negócios.Posição: Gerente de Projetos Sênior – SAPBuscamos um(a) Gerente de Projetos Sênior SAP para liderar projetos de implementação e migração SAP S/4HANA em toda a região LATAM.Esse(a) profissional será responsável por planejar, coordenar e garantir a entrega de projetos complexos, dentro dos prazos, escopos e orçamentos definidos assegurando alta qualidade, governança e satisfação do cliente, com base nas melhores práticas da metodologia SAP Activate.ResponsabilidadesLiderar projetos de implementação e migração SAP S/4HANA em diferentes países da América Latina.Gerenciar cronogramas, recursos, riscos e comunicação com stakeholders locais e globais.Aplicar a metodologia SAP Activate em todas as fases do projeto, assegurando a utilização correta das ferramentas e o cumprimento de Quality Gates, SAP ALM e demais requerimentos.Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares e fornecedores externos.Garantir conformidade com políticas corporativas, regulatórias e de segurança da informação.Elaborar e apresentar status reports executivos para a alta liderança (C-Level).Atuar como ponto focal entre as áreas de negócio e TI, promovendo alinhamento estratégico e eficiência operacional.RequisitosExperiência sólida em projetos de migração S/4HANA .Certificação SAP Activate (obrigatória) .Histórico comprovado na entrega de projetos SAP S/4HANA em ambientes complexos e de grande porte.Vivência em projetos multinacionais , preferencialmente na região LATAM .Espanhol fluente.Excelentes habilidades de liderança, comunicação e gestão de conflitos .Disponibilidade para viagens ocasionais .Certificações adicionais em gerenciamento de projetos (ITIL, Scrum, PMI, PRINCE2, etc.) emitidas por instituições reconhecidas.Conhecimento em Gestão de Mudanças Organizacionais (OCM) .DiferenciaisExperiência com clientes LATAM fora do Brasil.Familiaridade com soluções SAP complementares (SuccessFactors, Ariba, entre outras).Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos (Azure DevOps, SAP ALM, MS Project).Vivência em grandes corporações multinacionais.Histórico comprovado de projetos rentáveis e com alto índice de satisfação do cliente.
