Employer Industry: Healthcare ServicesWhy consider this job opportunity:Salary up to $150,900Annual bonus opportunities and long-term incentives offeredCompetitive compensation package as part of the employer's Total RewardsOpportunity for career advancement and growth within the organizationSupportive and collaborative work environment focused on impact-driven initiativesChance to influence the future of health through financial strategy and operational executionWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead financial modeling and scenario planning for the integration of Oncology and Multi-Specialty entities into SAP S4 HanaCollaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on integration goals and facilitate governance routinesBuild and maintain dashboards for tracking integration KPIs, including margin uplift and cost synergiesIdentify opportunities for automation and digital enablement to streamline financial workflowsSupport executive reporting and board-level presentations with insights on financial impactWhat is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferredMinimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or transformation rolesExperience in healthcare finance, particularly in physician practice or specialty care integrationAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP S4, SAC, and CLMExperience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to drive process improvement and value creation initiativesComfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving prioritiesStrategic influence without direct authority#J-*****-Ljbffr
