Expert Financial SolutionsWe seek a seasoned financial advisor to lead our Oracle Cloud Financials capability.Manage senior functional roles across multiple financial modules, supporting complex enterprise environments.Ensure exceptional service standards across geographies, meeting compliance and performance expectations.Advise business leaders on best practices for process harmonization within Oracle Cloud Financials.Coordinate global month-end close and reporting processes.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to governance frameworks.Qualifications8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud.Hands-on and demonstrable expertise in core Oracle Financial modules, including Localizations for Brazil.Excellent understanding of financial reporting requirements and practices.Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak fluently in both English and Portuguese.Committed team player willing to share knowledge and support fellow team members.Ability to work proactively and take initiative.Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.BenefitsYou'll be part of a high-performance environment that values collaboration, ownership, and excellence.Work alongside experts in AI, Business Agility, and Enterprise Transformation to shape the future of digital consulting.
