OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.The Ledn team is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.Ledn offers a suite of lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Ledn is a remote-first, globally distributed company that values integrity, progress, and empathy.The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The role involves supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The right candidate is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and can operate in a fast-moving, security-first environment.ResponsibilitiesBe the first line of support for customers (employees), providing outstanding support via Slack, Jira, etc.Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues; manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.).Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for new employees and the retrieval process for departing employees.Design, test, build, document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage cloud-based IT systems and networks; contribute to the growth of a cloud-first infrastructure.Own improvements to IDP and SSO tooling (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Detail solutions in documentation, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Manage incidents and issues through resolution; prioritize help desk tickets; work on projects over sprints with Agile methods (Jira).Set and pursue personal objectives aligned with team and company goals.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open-source tooling (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta; API experience and system-to-system integrations.Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; handling hardware/shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly and calmly.Strong troubleshooting skills (security-conscious mindset; familiarity with PGP, networking fundamentals, OSI model).Self-management with ability to scope projects and work across multiple teams.Strong organizational and task-management skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data.Nice to HavesSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and CLI tools to improve efficiency.Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.Culture & BenefitsCulture fit: leadership mindset, adaptability, resilience, empathy, and collaboration across functions.Remote-friendly, worldwide opportunity to work remotely for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).Comprehensive total rewards package, competitive PTO, and equity ownership in Ledn.Equal opportunity employer; commitment to inclusivity and diversity.Application accommodation requests: contact Ledn team via email for confidential handling of accessibility needs.About the Role & EnvironmentYou will be customer-facing and the first line of IT support for employees.You will be responsible for Mac-focused enterprise readiness, onboarding, procurement, and end-user experience.You will work with teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and HR and report to the Director of IT.The Ledn team spans North America, Latin America, South Africa, and Europe.Location & Application NotesThis is a full-time role; we are a remote-first company.Due to high application volume, only qualified applicants will be contacted.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to provide a short video response; we may review publicly available social media relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters, and no unsolicited resumes.For accommodation requests during the recruitment process, contact the Ledn team confidentially.#J-*****-Ljbffr
