Overview Ledn is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The role is customer-facing, supports end users, manages endpoints, automates identity and access management, and administers cloud-based IT systems and tools. The ideal candidate has success in security-first, rapidly growing environments and is passionate about automation and infrastructure as code. Responsibilities Provide first-line support to employees via channels like Slack and Jira; own the end-user experience. Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding and offboarding of employees. Design, test, build, document programs, policies, and tooling; contribute improvements to knowledge base. Support and manage SaaS applications: Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc. Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf). Own and improve IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta). Document solutions, write help articles, and automate routine tasks. Manage, respond to, and resolve incidents; prioritize help-desk tickets; participate in projects over sprints (agile). Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. Qualifications 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python; experience with open-source tools. Experience integrating SSO (Okta) and working with APIs and cross-system integrations. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; hardware logistics knowledge. Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically. Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and OSI model; troubleshooting skills; self-management and cross-team collaboration. Nice to Have Familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.
