Job Title: Payroll Technical Implementation ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Technical Implementation Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality payroll solutions to our clients.In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the implementation team and our clients to better understand their business needs.
You will also serve as a mentor or trainer for partners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM implementations, particularly in LATAM countries such as Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Configure payroll processes and design required integrations;Develop payroll rules and schemas according to client requirements;Collaborate to solve technical issues and implement local templates in accordance with local regulations;Create technical and functional specifications for global technical teams;Provide clients with status updates on implementations;Support documentation creation and maintenance;Offer orientation to clients on technical and service design;Meet with clients as needed;Apply relevant country-specific knowledge to enhance client services;Conduct and/or lead unitary tests.Requirements:Larger experience in SAP HCM implementations related to LATAM Countries such as Argentina, Brazil and/or Colombia payroll (PY)Complete college degreeAdvanced English-speaking skillsAdvanced Spanish-speaking skillsBenefits:This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.
