Role: Applications Analyst – Five9 / Calabrio / Concord Fax
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize contact center operations using Five9 for call routing and operations, and Calabrio for workforce performance and analytics.
Handle secure document transmission via Concord Fax, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
Collaborate with customer service, IT, and compliance teams to deliver seamless and secure communication workflows.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.
Location: Mexico City
Language Requirement: Advanced English – mandatory
Relocation Requirement: Must be available to work remotely from Brazil during the initial period, with mandatory relocation to Mexico after the probation period
