At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place.We're committed to fostering an environment for every teammate that's welcoming, respectful and inclusive, with great opportunity for professional growth.Find your future with us.Boeing Brazil is seeking Communications Specialist, reporting to the Communications Manager for the Americas, working out of the São José Dos Campos office.This Communications Specialist will support Boeing's expanding operations in Brazil and will collaborate closely with enterprise functions and business units.The ideal candidate will be skilled in storytelling and have a global mindset and must be able to work independently in a matrixed environment and thrive as part of a small, committed team within a large global organization.Position Responsibilities: Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to support external and internal initiatives, including community engagement activities.Support communications needs across enterprise functions and business units (e.g., commercial, defense, services, engineering and corporate).Draft and implement crisis and issues communications plans and materials.Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including media, customers, universities, and community leaders.Create compelling stories and content (written, photo, video, digital) that promote, enhance, and protect Boeing's brand and reputation.Strengthen Boeing Brazil's digital and social media presence through content development, distribution, optimization, analytics, and performance measurement.Contribute to corporate-owned channels (LinkedIn, Boeing Brazil website, internal news channels).Design and deliver internal communications to engage and align employees in Brazil with company values, culture, and business priorities.Work closely with external agencies and communications vendors.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, legal, and business leaders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.This position is expected to be 100% onsite.The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in internal, external communications, public relations, or news media.Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese.Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment and to manage competing priorities.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in internal, executive or external communications support.Experience in communications roles with major international corporations in Brazil.Good knowledge of digital and social media communications strategies and tactics, including SEO-based communications.Good media relations experience and media network (traditional and digital).Significant crisis and issues management experience.Knowledge of Brazil's media landscape and business environment and Brazil/US relations.Superior communication, writing and presentation skills;
