Senior Cross-Platform Mobile App Developer

Our company is seeking a skilled Android Developer to lead the development of innovative mobile applications with a focus on cross-platform initiatives using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Jetpack Compose.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Android development, proficiency in Kotlin, and hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or other cross-platform frameworks is also highly desirable.Additionally, exposure to iOS development (Swift or Objective-C) is a strong plus.We are looking for a self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation who can build reusable UI components, collaborate on cross-platform initiatives, and contribute to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary.The successful candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, as well as a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.Key Responsibilities:Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications leveraging KMP for shared business logic and Compose for modern UI design.Collaborate on cross-platform initiatives, contributing to both Android and iOS codebases when necessary.Analyze and optimize high-volume mobile systems for performance and scalability.Refactor and revitalize codebases as technology evolves.Lead development efforts for new products and enhancements to existing products in response to market changes.Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, ensuring high-quality user experiences.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Android developmentProficiency in KotlinHands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture)Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or other cross-platform frameworksExposure to iOS development (Swift or Objective-C)Strong architecture design skills and ability to build reusable UI componentsComfortable working on collaborative, fast-paced engineering teamsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experienceWe offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
