We look to this role to craft and implement strategy to build up our output capability ahead of launch, with a focus on setting requirements, budgeting, approvals, etc.
This role will partner closely with our broader production and art teams to ensure we are defining the problem space effectively, while being proactive about the right processes and structure to operate effectively.
This role will also partner closely with our product and partner management teams to support our required deliverables.In this role, you willDevelop a framework/pipeline that ensures the on-time, repeatable, and scalable delivery of all art assets across various products.
We would look to this leader to propose new processes and practices where appropriate to meet our ambitious goalsPartner with both executive and functional leadership to determine the right time and people necessary to see deliverables through to completion.
This role will lead the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and roadmaps with consideration toward cross-functional dependencies, and how to navigate complicated tradeoff decisions involving art to ensure successful releasesPartner closely with our art teams, leading capacity planning and overall project management against critical organizational needs; this covers external outsourcing as well.
Quantify and manage the necessary staffing tradeoffs between projects and the associated risks to deliveries, and identify creative solutions to ensure cosmetics production stays on scheduleCommunicate project status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership, including proactive updates of any potential impacts to upcoming releases.
Develop a framework to assess cosmetics' success and inform future content decisionsShare best practices across the art production org, finding ways to better promote efficiency across the organizationElevate the team.

Whether through mentorship or building the right organizational structure, this leader will be responsible for partnering with and leading the art teams to produce high-quality work efficiently and on timeWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a production role where you've managed a large area of high-quality art planning, creation, and deliveryProduction leadership experience and the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment and high-pressure scenariosExperience in software development, gaming, or an entertainment organizationExpert communication and organizational skills, and highly efficient time managementUnderstanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling and asset tracking, and project management practices and toolsAbility to build strong partnerships at every levelEPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFEOur intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
